Withdrawing was always going to end up in Taliban rule, which is why Trump wanted to work with them. Biden was still in denial about this just a few weeks ago.
They wanted us out, and we wanted out. Withdrawing didnt have to result in American diplomats being airlifted off of rooftops are being trapped in an airport locked down by terrorists.
