I say true. I’ve been watching the last few games of last year and he’s all over the field. I think he will thrive at the safety position.

Can see him making 2nd or 3rd team but 1st team I think won't happen. That's for seniors and the truly dominant. He will be good and can become an all American by next year. I think it's the position he should have been playing previously

false...he may be 3rd team but SEC isn't going to give all the db's at LSU first team SEC. Ricks will be 2nd team at worst, Stingley 2nd team, so Ward has a shot at 3rd team if there is such a thing. Ward and whoever gets the other safety slot (can't be Harris) are the keys to our defense success imo.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm just not impressed with Ward. IMO, he's a huge weakness in the secondary. But like I said, I hope I'm wrong and I hope he turns out to be one of the best in the SEC!

He and mcglothern turned a corner by seasons end last yr. Could definitely see him have huge success if he takes to the playback, reads well. Tackling is my biggest concern coming from corner. Coverage wise I think he'll be really solid

What don’t you like about his game? He played injured the first g half of the season out of necessity and was still a play making machine. All in his first year out there.
