I had Covid and it definitely attacked my lungs. Oxygen level never dropped below 97% but heart rate doubled during infection. Would wake up go to bathroom, fix coffee, and check vitals. Normal low 60s heart rate was then 120+.
I was 6-2 and just under 200 in my 40s. No health issues. I can see how someone with lung, blood pressure issues, or any other Heath issues struggles. Body just can’t get enough oxygen from lungs so heart pumps x2 to circulate the normal amount.

So here’s a question: c would home oxygen help if there were no other conditions as in your case? Even with 97% would it have helped?
