I love mentioning extreme outliers when disputing something. Really makes sense.
BMI is good for most people. Guys who snort pre-workout and lift weights 5 times a week are not normal.
And most people who claim it's bullshite don't have the muscle-to-fat ratio to claim that is why they're considered overweight.
