The MSM claims 98% of covid cases are the unvaxxed.
STOP believing anything they say.

There are many more cases nationwide similar to this one. Most of those covid positive in the hospitals are vaxxed.
If someone wants a vax, let them have it. If people do not want it let them determine what is best for them.
Why aren't democrats pro-choice for the vax. It is my body. It is my choice. What happened to that phrase?

Hundreds of staffers at two major hospitals in San Francisco have tested positive for coronavirus in July, with most of them being breakthrough cases of the highly infectious Delta variant, The New York Times reported Saturday evening.
The University of California, San Francisco Medical Center told media outlets that 183 of its 35,000 staffers tested positive. Of those infected, 84% were fully vaccinated, and just two vaccinated staff members required hospitalization for their symptoms.
At Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, at least 50 members out of the total 7,500 hospital staff were infected, with 75-80% of them vaccinated. None of those staffers required hospitalization.
UCSF's chief medical officer, Dr. Lukejohn Day, told The Times the numbers from his hospital showed just how important and effective vaccinations are.
"What we're seeing is very much what the data from the vaccines showed us: You can still get COVID, potentially. But if you do get it, it's not severe at all," Day said.
Day also told ABC7 News that at least 99% of the cases at UCSF were traced back to community spread, but that hospital officials are still investigating and conducting contact tracing.

I don't believe anything the media says when it comes to positive test numbers....regardless of vaccination status.

Great, so if you are vaccinated and contracting the disease is not severe at all, why do you care if other people are vaccinated or unmasked

No. that's not what they say and that's certainly not what the Moderna and Pfizer said.
They said the vaccines would reduce severe symptoms that required hospitalizations and/or resulted in death.
Also, if you listen to what they're saying, they are blaming unvaccinated people for all of this by calling it "breakthrough" cases and are acting like it'll stop spreading if everyone is vaccinated when obviously that isn't true.
They are counting on you to make up BS though so they can point to it when people point out actual BS. They lump us all together as crackpots.

Sounds super official right there.
Then the article goes on to say "oh by the way, yeah you can get the delta variant too, even if vaccinated. Actually, it's even moreso transmissible than regular covid, irregardless of vaccination. So be sure to mask up tight, peoples!!"
What a shite show. And people seriously wonder why so many folks are so distrustful of the government over every aspect of this situation.

Might be survivable for the staff at that Hospital, but the breakthrough infections are still killing people, esp those that have co-morbidity, like the alpha variant killed. But, a lot of people that Delta would kill, already died from Alpha…. It may seem like the vaccine is protecting the mortality rates, when in reality, it may not be working at all, cause the at-risk group is already dead…just interesting way to look at the stats…

And yes anyone with symptoms and producing a mechanism to spread the virus (I.e. droplets via coughing or sneezing) can transmit the virus.
