If you mean fire ants, then yes. I have a two acre yard in North LA and have barely used one can of FA killer. I think I used about 8-10 cans last year. Maybe those subzero temps in February did set them back a bit. June bugs were less this year too. But wasps, deer flies and mosquitoes have been awful.
