Did Loki create an Infinity War plot hole?

So prior to the “threshold” being crossed, the TVA was pruning any alternate timeline that strayed too far from the “sacred” timeline. That presumably is still going on in Infinity War, because the events of Endgame are directly referenced by the TVA.
So how did Dr. Strange view alternate futures before the battle with Thanos on Titan in Infinity War? Where were the 14,000,605 alternate timelines with different outcomes he could have seen? They shouldn’t have existed according to the events of Loki.
Or am I just an idiot?

There’s no reason to overthink it. These aren’t plot holes being created. They’re opportunities. The show runners can take this to create resets, new plots, etc. The comics do it often. Very often.

Just go back in time and fix it. That was the entire plot anyway

I mean he can view timeline possibilities that don't exist because he is using the time stone. I'm sure looking at possibilities for an outcome doesn't mess with the timeline. Besides the TVA gave the greenlight on the Avengers to do what they needed in order to defeat Thanos.

Is it possible Strange is viewing legitimate alternate timelines and not corruptions of the sacred timeline.
IDK. I just try to enjoy these and not think to hard about time travel paradoxes. Any movie that introduces time travel will have some possible plot holes simply because time travel has paradoxes.

Branch Dawg,
It’s a time travel movie & tv show. Plot holes are essentially baked into them.

Also, it’s possible that the TVA pruned the alternate timelines that were created when the Avengers went back in time (although that’s admittedly not what OP was talking about).
Here’s the paradox that I don’t understand - it’s stated in Endgame that going back in time doesn’t change the past for the Avengers. It just creates new branch timelines. So if that’s the case, how does “old Cap” give the shield to Sam at the end? The only way that would be possible is if he had lived out the rest of his life in their timeline - effectively meaning he did actually change their past.
Either that, or the multiverse already exists by the time Endgame is over and the Sam that received the shield from Rogers is actually a variant. Which, now that I think about it, would make sense considering the plot of Loki starts whenever the Avengers fail to retrieve the space stone and Loki escapes with it. So in theory, everything that happens after that failed attempt could be happening in the multiverse.
