Ummm, I spoke too soon. He’s got to go… I mean…. For frick’s sake. He says that Delaware has more corporations than than every state in America COMBINED
Even the clapping seals that were mindlessly applauding him were applauding him were like “Wait… WHAT?! Just the fact that you repeated that 3 times doesn’t make it true. What the frick did he just say?! Delaware has more corporations than every state combined?” A reminder that Delaware has less than a million people living there, it’s size, and an aerial view of their largest city Wilmington:
Yeah, that skyline is the base of more businesses than let’s say this city not to mention wherever the other 327 million other Americans live:
I’m willing to bet that there is a block in NYC that has more corporations based out of it than Delaware as a whole.
EDIT: I can’t believe this is actually true, but I’m guessing I’m eating crow. Mind totally fricking blown.

He has made a life out of lying to the people that voted for him (and the ones that didn't).
He truly has no idea what he's talking about. All of the questions hes being asked he had before hand so could prepare.
People need to understand that politicians do not care about the common man and certainly not the middle class. Nothing they do or say or pass will effect said politician. Frankly that goes for Republicans too.

Not to defend Biden but the majority of US companies are incorporated in Delaware.

You'd be wrong. Delaware is a huge corporate haven. Haven't you noticed that almost every random company is incorporated in Delaware? They are taking advantage of a favorable business environment.

Don't get bogged down on this one... Delaware's laws have attracted businesses to incorporate under its laws for years ETA- even if they do not maintain a physical presence there.

He’s technically right. The reason most corporations are established in Delaware is because it has the most extensive corporate case law in the country. This is a huge benefit to corporations because the laws in regards to corporate entities is well established.

Actually he may be right on this one. For decades companies would register their Articles of Corporation in Delaware but operate in other states. Probably for tax reasons.

Biden knows corporations incorporate in Delaware because of the tax laws, and then he says he is going to raise corporate taxes. He admits that favorable business environments encourage more business, then he pushes a plan that will harm the business environment.
Are there any doubts he is actively trying to ruin this country? If you support the kidsniffer, you are an enemy of the country.

Biden tries to take credit for Delaware being a tax haven, but last I checked US senators, Vice Presidents, and Presidents don’t write STATE laws. Am I wrong?
