Charges dropped NBC news

quote:

WACO, Texas — No one will be convicted or otherwise held accountable for the 2015 shootout between rival biker gangs in Waco restaurant parking lot that left nine people dead and at least 20 injured, prosecutors in Central Texas said Tuesday.

What else can we add to the list?

Vegas?

Gretchen kidnap?

Jan 6th?

Nashville?

The DOJ is behind everything including the malfeasance in the media.

Can you explain why no one was charged in a mass shooting that lead to hundreds of arrests?

This is just a big scooter trash issue. The Cossacks showed up with "Texas" bottom rockers, directly challenging the supremacy of the Bandidos. Anyone who knows MC culture knew how it would end.

Nope.

Neither can I explain how a lot of people get killed every day and no one gets charged or at least convicted.

But I know it aint some conspiracy theory.

Cause the DOJ has to perform a little Mud Check from time to time?

Where 100s were arrested and no one was charged. Just like how we can’t find the pipe bombers in Jan 6th or the motives for Vegas (also the physical impossibility). Why was the FBI so heavily involved in the Whitmer kidnapping plans?

Of the hundreds of bikers arrested that day, I wonder how many have sons named "Jax"?

No one is saying it is a conspiracy theory. My point is that the DOJ is heavily involved in many of these events through informants. Are they doing more harm than good is the question.

Plus it was all caught on surveillance cameras and the Waco police were watching the scene.

Crazy.

You do realize a lot of clubs wear a Texas bottom rocker. And not all of them asked permission to do so.

Cant go around killing everyone. Especially these days.

This issue might go a little deeper than what your normal tv show talks about.

Decorated war vet critical of Waco police actions

quote:

Former U.S. Marine Michael Devoll of Fort Worth, who completed three tours of duty in Iraq, has survived an untold number of firefights. But he says the one he witnessed in Waco on May 17 will forever haunt him.

Not just because he was arrested following the incident and held in jail for 22 days on $1 million bail, but also because of what he calls a "barrage" of assault weapon fire coming from police directed into a crowd of bikers.

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing," Devoll said. "It was the most unorganized, unprofessional thing I've ever been a part of."

Devoll says he was a passenger in a pickup that had just pulled into the Twin Peaks parking lot, when he heard gunfire.

"I heard a few rounds of handgun fire and then, I would say, an overbearing suppressing fire of M-4 rounds," Devoll said.

quote:

Devoll says while police were responding to a dangerous situation, it appeared as though they were randomly firing into a group of bikers.

"People lying on the ground, trying to get away from the gunfire," Devoll said. "I saw a woman with her hands over the top of her head screaming. People running for cover. The way the cops came running in and doing what they did, it seemed like almost shooting aimlessly into a crowd of people."

I believe the thought is that the cops are responsible for the deaths and injuries.

I know a few former biker gang members, one was a Cossack. They talked about some wild shite, but not like you would see on tv.

I followed this story and carried the torch for it on the OT for the better part of a year, maybe two. I knew it was an inside job from the start. The Feds infiltrated the Cossacks MC and took them from a small, low key club and turned them into a rival of the Bandidos. The whole thing was an attempt to take down the Bandidos in Texas with the hope that all the other state chapters would fall after losing their mother chapters that started the club back in the 60s. The Cossacks were nothing more than patsies.

And yes, most of the people killed that day were killed by cops who were already staged and had Twin Peaks surrounded. The cops knew what was coming because they set the whole thing up. As soon as the Cossacks arrived at Twin Peaks and started the gun fight with the Bandidos, the cops opened up and started mowing people down.

I caught hell on the OT over this story all because it was bikers involved. The OT couldn’t get past that fact. But it bring bikers was beside the point. The real point of the story wasn’t the bikers, the real story was our government set the whole damned thing up.
