Military members to “quit” if faced with mandatory vaccinations

This could be a tremendous gift to the left - weed out free thinkers from the military.

I really wonder what provision they could "quit" under. I spent a few years in the Air Force and that contract wasn't really one you can just walk away from.
I also spent a few months out of the year not getting the flu shot solely out or principle and never faced any consequences.

For most of the shots they gave us you simply didn't have a choice. Refusal would be something like "failure to __________ (I forgot the verbiage they use)" and they'd just keep upping the punishment until you got a dishonorable discharge (read: they kick you out).
Since this is still under emergency authorization I imagine it's a grey area for the foreseeable future. For just a moment I wish I were still in so I could lead this fight and be a thorn in everyone's side.

Military personnel are subject to be located in remote locations that require immunizations regardless of covid. All military personnel should be covid vaccinated, including secretaries and DC staff

There are only two ways to "quit" that don't involve less than honorable discharges. Both take 6 month to a year to process and require approval.

Military service may not be the best decision if you are overly protective of your body and what may be asked of it. These conscientious objectors don’t have a terribly sympathetic case here.

It's bullshite. All recruits get all types of shots when they go through basic training. If they get deployed they get more shots that are region specific.
They could quit in the form of getting kicked out by refusing and get court martialed for disobeying orders and get a BCD. It would start probably with an article 15 and 30-60 days in correctional custody to think about the bad decision that is being made. If they still refuse then the "frick up the rest of my life" process begins.

Well to be fair if an enlisted person does refuse to be vaccinated once it is mandated their actions won’t be labeled as “quitting” either.

First, you need to familiarize yourself better with this doctrine that has been spreading around on social media.
Secondly the US Constitution and the UCMJ supersedes this document.

If the right wingers make it a point to ignore or resist routine orders and health policies, they aren’t fit for military service.
