I think they know they are losing their messaging. This is the same as when they all suddenly dropped masks. They noticed more and more people were not GAF about their bullshite and no one was enforcing it for them.
They decided instead of fighting it, they would get out in front of it so they could be the ones that pulled us out of it, and gave us "back our freedoms".
Just like pedo Joe celebrating people going back to BBQs as if he was the one that gave them their BBQ and we should be thankful, and otherwise we would all be shuttered in our homes.

Or maybe they will use this as a way in 2 weeks to say that due to all the 4th of July gatherings with unvaccinated people....we have seen a dramatic rise of the Delta variant and have to shut down for 2 weeks to flatten the curve. You know....just in time for August

Oregon just eliminated the capacity limits at movie theaters and pools due to the heat. What is more dangerous heat or Covid? I’m confused.
