I'm not going to bother trying to go through links for you. I didn't state it as fact, I'm just assuming he has in the past because Alford is a pretty credible reporter who typically doesn't spill personal political leanings into his news writings.
Maybe I'm wrong in my assumption. None of that matters regarding the info contained in this piece.
