Local radio news said yesterday afternoon that criteria to be purged included not voting in the last couple of elections, so I doubt this turns out to be much.

You can't begrudge Trump his bitterness. Hillary is still bent out shape about her loss too, and it's been four years longer than DJT has had to nurse his grievances.
