Who’s in PHIL?

It’s gone up from .003 to .012 in about a month.
As with most pennies I can’t pinpoint exactly what they do. Heavy future investment in Vietnam, something to do with Luxembourg, and a host of US subsidiaries...
Updated with a little info on what Phi Group (PHIL) is
Supposedly a lot of shares will be retired soon and a dividend will be paid to where 20 shares of PHIL will get you 1 share of one of its US subsidiaries.
Anyone else in this and can shed more light?

It was only a couple grand worth at the time
This is why I don’t take profit along the way. What’s the point of making it to the top if you only got a quarter of your shares
There’s no point in aiming for anything but the big score. If you don’t have 10 million bucks by 2040 Biden prime’s democepticon party will turn you into dog food when you turn 55 or sentence you to the soy fields forever
