So fricking true. Watching the Wall Street boys tussle with Bantu and Pushkar in New Delhi about the constant outages is a laugh riot.
ETA: best Zoom call I’ve been on was an Italian-American sales guy, an Indian finance guy, and a NY Jewish lawyer. Holy shite it was like a verbal UFC match. The culture clash was incredible to witness.

It's a math equation. If an Indian firm cost 1/6th the price but takes twice as long it still works out in their favor.
