WRONG. They would have the same exact public IP address (What TD sees).
They only have different private IPs on the routers local network.

Wrong as others have said. Router's IP is what the web sees unless they have some DMZ or some shite setup. If you were speaking to MAC addresses, that would be different and that is unique to device (technically I suppose the actual adapter of the device).
