This is close to peak bizarro world

The ruling that needs to happen is that the Selective Service is ruled unconstitutional.

Also the thought of these millennial girls having to go through basic training and even worse, no cell phone would be worth the price of admission.
More likely they would change basic than it is basic would change them

I don't disagree with your conclusions but I still feel Conscription outweighs the issues you've mentioned. I would argue that a strong military is the deterrent. The weaker our military posture is the more likely some tin-plated dictator will test our mettle.
This isn't the only generation politicians have used the military to advance an agenda. That the history of mankind. I would argue a healthy generation or two of young people that served and learned more about patriotism, honor and duty would later in life become the leaders this nation needs.
There are many jobs in all branches of the military that are not combat related. Cyber intel is huge and getting bigger. A lot of medical jobs aren't combat related. My point is that not all jobs is combat and has been pointed out, the battlefield is changing.

On one hand, I think this would help immensely in giving the youth discipline and maybe patriotism. On the other, I don't agree with forcing people to become cannon fodder for the globalist elites. If the military was strictly a defense force, then I would be all for it. But I'm not sending my kid to die in a foreign land so politicians and defense contractors can make even more money while the media and swamp creatures tell him he is evil just for being white and having good values.

I think women should be forced to signup for Selective Service, at the same time Selective Service should be abolished.
The world has changed and there will never be a draft again. Vietnam changed everything where over 50,000 men died for politicians.
The All Volunteer Military was born in the 1970s from that and has provided for a much more valuable asset.
In lieu of the draft though, I do buy into the 1-2 years of military training and conditioning for 18-20 year olds.

During the last draft the military lowered its standards.... big time. If another draft is implemented... it will happen again.
“Cannon fodder”.
“Cannon fodder”.

What about the ones that don’t identify as a man or a woman?

Until then, I don't think we should force 18 year olds to sign up for the draft, male or female.
I can assure you it will not be the sons and daughters of the intelligentsia who will provide cannon fodder for globalist at the UN. It will be the sons (and daughters) of the exploited middle class who will come back to us in body bags.
Frick'um. Frick'um all.

Buddy of mines son just joined the Air Force and I am fairly certain he kept his cell phone through basic. He sure did text home a lot. I went through Air Force basic in 92...they could still get a little physical with you and yell at you and be pretty demeaning. Now, apparently they have stress cards you can present and they can’t yell at you again for like an hour. I wish I was joking.
This is NOT happening in the Navy. My nephew is there right now and we did not even here from him for the 1st 3 weeks except for the phone call saying he arrived. They absolutely do not allow cell phones in Navy boot camp.

The court refused to hear it.

Personally, I think a 2 year conscription would with a 4 year Reserve Status would do wonders for this generation. The "Free Education" crowd would see a generation of kids learning meaningful trades that could make them a damn fine living in the civilian world.
I agree 100% with this. Would need to be some exceptions for students who receive scholarships etc. but the vast majority of teenagers could use/benefit from serving.
