re: How many of you no longer take the high road with Democrats?

The problem I’ve been having lately with my millennial nieces and nephews is their hypersensitivity to conversation/discussion they perceive as political. You could be discussing shite that I wouldn’t consider hot topic left vs right politics and my nieces and nephews think they need to remind everyone within shouting distance that it’s getting too political….lol.

I ditched a lifelong Democrat friend last year. He accused me of being a closet racist and a goose stepping Trump supporter.

I took the high road. Did'nt rub it in when Trump was "WINNING". I'll never forget when Trump was campaigning, he said on only a few occasions:

"We're going to Win soo much, you're going to get tired of Winning"!

During the campaign, while I liked it, I myself thought that comment was a little corny!? Well, damned if even THAT promise too, did not also came true! And it DID. For I distinctly remember, without Trump reminding or anyone else remembering that he said it.......if I did'nt sit back several times while he was Prez and say.....DAMNED!! He in fact is WiNNING in rapid fire succession, on colosal, critical matters, changes, govt, economy, foreign relations, etc etc.

But back to taking the high road. By remaining smug, silent......these Lib Dems could'nt take it any more, and would actually SAY - they wanted to talk about "politics" or something that had happened/occurred. I would say...."are you sure"? When they replied yea, I reigned down facts/info/chronological lies fed to him/her by their MSM FOR YEARS. Looped Back, Circled Back with Slam Dunk Irrefutable FACTS - that their side, MSM conceded, admitted. I
Debunked, and laid waste their repeated prior attempts to Debunk all my "conspiwacy thewies".

They were left stunned, silent. Like Zombies. I invited them to disprove - with any like, similar kinds of facts/evidence that I had used - from ANY source that could refute, challenge or change the current accepted REALITY. That word - reality - causes them to dwindle, retreat like a Vampire does @ Sunrise; or when Flashed by a Crucifix @ night! They cringe at the word or thought of REALITY, TRUTH, FACT!

They were WAYLAID - EASILY. And whether they could or could not; admitted or agreed to settled facts as to "what occurred" or not.....perhaps not outright or consciously, they & I know, without any doubt, that they had been had, were fools, lost. That deep down in their heart/soul.....there was a serious disconnect in their core being, mind, logic, life. It is/was evident even before we discussed anything. In fact, I believe, somewhere deep down, that they WANTED to know, hear it. The guilt, angst, tv lies, messaging, group think programming was too obvious to avoid - internally. These people are not well. And do not think for a minute that their life, work, family situation, relationships are happy, healthy or well. They are by and large miserable. They can not find peace. They know something is very seriously wrong with what they see, hear on TV. That it is not matching up, making sense. They are scared, but don't really know or understand it, just like almost everything else - they don't know, and believe me, THEY DO WONDER, DOUBT, QUESTION - themselves and what they were told to believe, do, follow. They may appear as if they don't agree with, or even like you; but in many cases, without saying it, they RESPECT YOU! They don't know who/what or where to turn. Remember, these people are followers. Many here are leaders, independent thinkers, researchers. When it comes to speaking, debating, thinking, creating, managing, doing, working, making $$, sports, charisma, intelligence, etc. etc.


Conservatives/Repubs RUN CIRCLES AROUND LIBERAL DEMS!

AND THEY KNOW IT
