No it's not. These people are wearing masks outside and he asked them why and they have no decent answer. People who aren't wearing masks can point to data and say the science doesn't back up wearing masks.

Seems like he's just asking questions and letting people share their opinion on why they wear a mask.
And everyone was based off an emotional response. No logic.
