We need a "where is Ben now?" update. Music store night manager? ANTIFA recruiter? Now known as Barbara Haas?
He posts here under the username “Salmon”

American culture and life was fully destroyed during Obama’s second term. It’s amazing how much control over the culture the President and administration has.
This is what happens when the media follows a single party so closely rather than supporting facts and truth while challenging all who attempt to distort it. Now they are the primary distorters. Our only hope is people unplugging and starting to use their brains again...hope is slim.

So proud of my alma mater that day. I chuckle every time I see the crowd chanting and the fear in hippie eyes.
Nowadays? Not so much. LSU now would be lifting Ben on their shoulders, looking for cops to shoot.

Anyone who has a problem with a man disrespecting the American flag doesn’t understand what the flag represents.

I know, why won’t those pesky conservatives just let men piss in the women’s bathroom and play in women’s sports? They’re so anti-science!

Mob of 1,000 chasing individual for exercising his constitutional right, which requires police intervention =/= disrespecting

That Karen in the red dress with the flag arguing with the hippie girl… I once ate her arse. True story

Disagree. They were disrespecting the guy disrespecting. Cops deciding to intervene is on the cops. If you can’t understand the rights of the 1000, but sympathize with the rights of the one, then that tells me you don’t understand what our forefathers fought for. Don’t strip the thousand of their rights to cowtow to the one.
But that’s where we sit now as a nation. So you’re winning.

That was a glorious day on the OT. I was so proud of the LSU students that day.

Now this is what our forefathers fought for.

I didn't agree with him but America is supposed to be about freedom. I remember people here cheering for the suppression of a man's freedom of expression. Those people are no different than antifa today.

So now you believe a person’s right to cheer against someone they disagree with should be suppressed? Those people should have no right to cheer??
Wow.
Wow.

It was fine until they touched him. Then it became assault.

It represents one of the most diverse, free, and sought after countries in the world. It’s a country that protects their own people and others better than anybody in the world, and the American flag represents that

I’m not a legal scholar, but I’m pretty sure in most states, an angry mob physically chasing a non violent individual for exercising their constitutional rights could be prosecuted as assault.
Our forefathers designed the framework of the US government to explicitly prevent mob rule and designed the government under the belief that people at large were collectively too stupid to self govern. They were right.
Madison’s reading convinced him that direct democracies—such as the assembly in Athens, where 6,000 citizens were required for a quorum—unleashed populist passions that overcame the cool, deliberative reason prized above all by Enlightenment thinkers. “In all very numerous assemblies, of whatever characters composed, passion never fails to wrest the sceptre from reason,” he argued in The Federalist Papers, the essays he wrote (along with Alexander Hamilton and John Jay) to build support for the ratification of the Constitution. “Had every Athenian citizen been a Socrates, every Athenian assembly would still have been a mob.”

Im no legal scholar either. But I note that no one got prosecuted. So I thus assume the “angry mob physically” allegation might be slightly exaggerated?
Stretching this to “mob rule” is well, a stretched opinion. Nothing close to a fact. A more reasonable interpretation, IMO only, is a larger group of people exercising their right to disrespect and protest a guy who was disrespecting and protesting. Don’t strip the rights of many over the rights of few.

Evidently the feeling here is that it is wrong for left wing groups to assault right wingers but it is ok and even encouraged for right wing groups to assault left wingers.

Lol.
Ok.
You might want to look up the definition of assault.
Shouting USA is assault in Left Wingers mind.
But looting and burning and punching is peaceful in Left Wingers mind.
What a great time to be alive.
