EBR Coroner releases new homicide count for June 1st

Looks like a 50% increase



(Confirmed: Total includes the 4 homicides on Memorial Day.)

It’s roughly double the years where there were multiple active serial killers in Baton Rouge. That’s crazy.

Dare I say it's reflective of the increase of blacks in Baton Rouge, percentage wise.

Br def got a huge population increase after the serial killers. Katrina was like 2 years after DTL was finally arrested.

A couple of months ago there were several houses that had cars broken into one night
EBRSO deputy said it was Covid related & people being out of work

I’d bet a paycheck that the guy doing it didn’t use the money he found to buy food because he was hungry

I'm still waiting to hear from the coroner on whether or not this number includes the 4 fatalities from yesterday. I bet it doesn't.

So today, June 1st, we have just as many murders as we had in the entire year of 2014.
