That answer is nonresponsive. Just because they now have a requirement does not mean that it is in any way done under proper authority. Want to try again?

And that is statutory and all 50 states? Or is it just a Barnum statement? Explain for all what it means if you will.

Up where I am, Indiana University is requiring that students take the jab. Purdue, where my son goes to school, is having a drawing where vaccinated students will enter a drawing in which 10 students will win free tuition for a year, but Purdue has no mandate in place.

My son has decided not to take the jab. He's not at risk and understands that we don't know the long term effects.

Anyone who thinks that an educational institution has a warrant for coercing medical treatment abnegates the vital role of informed consent. Without informed consent medical treatment becomes coerced experimentation.

Like any authoritarian power, they'll take and take as long as no one is pushing back and MAKING them stop.

That's right, the time for push back is passing by. It won't get better on it's own.

They can't. They'll all be sued eventually.

Most states have health codes passed into law by their legislatures that mandate certain vaccine requirements for public school students. That’s the most basic answer.

Informed consent is not the job of the educational institution. It’s the job of the medical provider administering the vaccination. And if you have a valid medical contraindication to vaccination this is when you can obtain a medical exemption.

Your answer makes no sense. It assumes that there is no imperative for informed consent.

I guess that suffices for someone with the most basic understanding, but still off target. Thanks for playing.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts.

Also Blue v. Beach, 155 Indiana 121; Morris v. City of Columbus, 102 Georgia 792; State v. Hay, 126 N.Car. 999; Abeel v. Clark, 84 California 226; Bissell v. Davidson, 65 Connecticut 18; Hazen v. Strong, 2 Vermont 427; Duffield v. Williamsport School District, 162 Pa.St. 476.

I’m not explaining my answer. Do your own research.
