The practice, which went unnoticed until 2018, has made it harder for Black former players to get awards.

This is the interpretation, what's the truth though? I don't think this journalists wants others to know what's in the documents.

American Football should be abolished. It's proven to cause brain injury.
Abolish American Football and let the players in college and in the pro ranks go free - free to pursue other professions that are safer for themselves and safer for the Environment.
Go Green! Turn ALL American Football players away from football and in to safe professions such as teaching, social work, etc.

This is absolutely disgusting. I have a brother who has CTE due to football and is mentally disabled from it (not in the NFL).
There has to be a breaking point where this all stops.
