Why are there so many empty seats in the arena?
The Avs "home ice" advantage is a joke and always has been. I remember the Stars used to have no problem winning at McNichols Arena. Quiet fans. Even when the Avs won the cup in 1995 and 2001 the arena was quiet compared to other arenas.
And tonight they prove that the home ice in Denver is pathetic with all the empty seats. If the horn didn't go off on that goal I would have had no idea they scored.

The Canadians and Carey Price have been remarkable this postseason. I’m gonna go with the Lightning to win the series although I think Islanders win tonight, and I want to say Vegas, but the way Carey Price is playing out there is unreal. First Canadian team in a long time to be to this point. We may see them ride Carey Price to the Stanley Cup.

Getting our arse whipped tonight. Worst I’ve seen us in the last two years in a playoff game. Terrible passing all game just no ability to create or get it out of the zone. Cooper needs to make some major adjustments this period see if something works.

Seriously frick this piece of shot team. Islanders are classless fricktards and I hope we target Mayfield hard. I want to see him on the ground next period that dirty frick. May have taken Kuch out for the finals. All because they are sore losers who know Tampa is vastly superior. Dirty hit after dirty hit.

No worries game 7 won’t be an issue as long as Kuch is back. Our lines don’t pass well without him. Amazing Mayfield has the tying goal. Should have been ejected for his dirty shite. Pissed as hell he is on the ice after that.
