Creatine monohydrate. It’s a pretty common supp. Look up Optimum Nutrition and see what they charge. I use Hard Rhino. They sell kilos for like $15.

Why not creatine hydrochloride? Is that safe for teenagers?

Creatine mono is one of the most strongly researched supps and is dirt cheap.
