I haven't been vaccinated ... seldom wear a mask (nail places still require it ugh).
The facility where I work is mandating that ** I ** take the vaccine BUT NOT ANYONE ELSE .. no mandate for nurses, cnas, anyone. Visitors aren't required and neither are the residents. The more the company (not specifically my facility) pushes me and ONLY me to get it, the more I say I will just continue to work telemed.
Ridiculous.
