What exactly are they losing? If it’s credits for since they’ve been in school that’s bullshite and wouldn’t fly I’d imagine. If it’s just this semester then it’s more arguable, but it seems like any decent lawyer should be able to get those credits to count, especially since/if they’ve actually done the work and have the grades.

Ummm, 16 grand for starters and they have to reapply for the Fall. Are you just trying to be a contrarian here for this, Cocomo? Why the frick would you attempt to defend this? If you haven’t partied outdoors since last March, you’re a loser and a pussy and quite frankly a liar. We’ve all done this and it’s ridiculous they’ve gotten suspended for this.

“Any decent lawyer” should be able to do anything regardless of the contract between the involved parties. Where do you guys come from?
