What eateries have the best in your opinion? Do you like yours skin on or skin off? I am not a big skin on fry guy but the garlic-butter fries at Burgersmith are legit.

The ones from Five Guys doused in malt vinegar are the best. Their fries are made just right for malt vinegar, and the only reason I go there the very few times that I do.
