Berm is never happening.
Chairbacks are a no brainer. You could even add rows to the top to make up for some of the lost seating.
Lounge/Patio is a good idea as well, especially with beer/wine allowed. I think it would probably have to go in left due to existing structures in right.

A berm works better if you have a stadium built into the side of a hill. Building a huge “levee” beyond the fences isn’t very practical.
