rKansas starts 3 Seniors, 3 Juniors 3 Sophomores and only 1 Freshman.

LSU started 0 Seniors, 3 Juniors, 3 Sophomores and 4 Freshman.

Experience is the big difference. Not making excuses and still not happy, but it does matter.

Only 3 of them have played an SEC team before this season.

Just curious, whose job is it to manage the roster to make sure that doesnt happen?

Other than coaching, hitting and pitching, I think we've gone toe-to-toe with them.

Roster management (or lack thereof) is 100% on Mainieri.

good players can produce immediately. Experience always helps, but usually it’s just an excuse for poor play.

They have better talent ( not the same) AND a better coach.

Yeah, and why have we so little experience? Because CPM has been doing a shitty job selecting players to recruit. My guess is that in his laziness, he is relying on others to scout and recruit. And college baseball teams are not allowed a big enough staff for the head coach to goof off.
