I'm just curious, why does everyone on this thread think this will facility will get built with adequate commercial contracts?

I'm not taking either side, I'm just curious why there is so much conviction (other than the obvious bias of owning shares..)

"Because they're starting construction" is not an answer, Charif has done far more reckless things.

i think most are generally optimistic due to overall market forces demanding LNG over the next decade or 2 and this team has demonstrated success in the past.

I don’t think there is that much conviction. The team is strong and the market conditions seem to support the need for the project. It is a high risk high reward play.. but it still may not happen.
