As long as you have an account, you should be able to log in to SBA and find your loan information and see a page that looks like this. While the loan amount reflects the new amount we requested on this page, the documents that are available at the bottom are still from the first loan request. I'm assuming that will get updated with the new docs we signed once the loan is processed.

She said that I had just signed the 4506 last week, and I had to correct her and say that I had done it weeks before that, and I did it again once I found it not done on the portal. Nope, same here. Just by email.
I don’t have anything showing when I log into SBA site. Just showing funded from EIDL 1.
She did confirm that some had already been funded. First confirmation of that, that I have heard.
