All of them. Nursing homes, home health companies, restaurants, pretty much every job that pays $15/hr or less is struggling for workers.

Stupid, even in manufacturing this is a problem. You are probably clueless but there is a significant portion of the population that will ghost from a job paying $15+/hr after they get the first good check or two. Expanded unemployment benefits and stimulus checks are keeping the dumb and perennially poor just comfortable enough right now.
