That gait definitely looks similar for sure. If he has a true, solid alibi for being out of town then I guess you can rule him out. But they literally have the same walk and build. The only question I had was the heights...in the FIL pink shirt video he seems taller than the person in the security video.
I've never heard of this case. Is the security video of him before or after the murder (I assume before)?
