Best spots to “post up” at TPC Louisiana for the Zurich.

I usually follow groups but we have a big group going this year on Saturday and I was wondering what the best spots to post up with some chairs are on the course to watch? We have general admission tickets.

I have always like posting up around 16 green

The course is really flat, so IMHO your best bet is to camp out somewhere where you can get close to a green.
You can put a chair down close to #1 green and the players will walk right next to you to get to #2 tee.
I have spent a lot of time at the #1 green, but I am volunteering.
I also like the #8 green. The green is small and you get close to it.
#17 green is fun as well. Again the players will walk right by you.
You could park in the area between #11 green and #14 green. You can easily move around some to see the tee shots on #15 and #17.

There’s not really an amazing post up hole, but 18 is actually a pretty nice area to sit on top of the hill and watch players hit their approaches into the green.

We usually spend a lot of time by the #7 green. You can watch them approach then the tee box for 8 is right behind you. The bathrooms and concessions are close by as well.

I think the most common answer would be by #13 green. It's a short par 4, so you can see a lot of birdie chances. Just a few yards behind you is the par 3 #17. The ACME Oyster Tent is between the #13 green and #17 tee box, and there is also a small public concession stand a right there.
In the photo below, the #13 green is to our right, you can sit on the hills, and the par 3 #17 is to your left on the other side of the cart path.

7 green/8 tee and 12 green/13 tee are some good spots. 13 tee is fun to watch some of them go for that green or at least cut the corner, while others play safe right of the big tree.

Probably not the best viewing spot on the course but he area between 2 green and 4 tee will give you the chance to see approaches into a par 5, an entire par 3, and some tee shots on a par 4. One of the farthest points from the clubhouse so there won't be too many people out there.

Can you bring chairs?

In years past you could bring a foldable chair but you couldn’t bring the bag that it goes in

JT Poston almost took me out on #2 with his tee shot in 2019. They were behind Sergio and Fleetwood that year.

Patrick Reed almost took us out on #7 and he didn't even yell fore. An old man not with us let him know about it when he walked by.

I’m not a Reed fan, but if you’re at a PGA event you need to keep your head on a swivel

The tee shot on 4 is probably my favorite tee shot to watch them hit. 18 is obviously good too.

16 or 17 usually if you don't have access to a box.

There's a spot by 13 tee where you can see 6 green, 7 Tee, and 13 tee that isn't too bad. You can see #3 green from there too.
