HIS PAST FAULTS AND FAILURES SHOULD'NT RESULT TO LOST OF LIFE PERIOD. THERE ARE COUNTLESS VIDEOS OF WHITE PEOPLE RESISTING ARREST EVEN TUSSLE WITH OFFICERS YET THE OFFICER USED WHATEVER TRAINING POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T BRING ANY KIND OF HARM TO THAT WHITE PERSON BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN. SO SHUT UP WITH YOUR GANG CULTURE MENTALITY TALK.

You know what always seems to be present in these situations?
2 independent acts of stupidity.
One on the part of the suspect, and one on the part of the police.
