Are deep fryers racist?

Not sure what it is about deep fryers, but goddamn the brothers love them. Seems like they will throw anything into a deep fryer. Obviously not the healthiest dietary program. Personally, I can’t stand the way your clothes smell after getting anywhere within 25 yards of a deep fryer.

Meh, there’s balance. You don’t have to fry every damn thing. I will destroy the occasional shrimp or oyster poboy, and fried catfish, but when you go to a restaurant focusing on seafood, and all you see is fried seafood everywhere on the menu, and fried seafood platters especially, it always comes off as kind of a lazy man’s approach. Take speckled trout for example. There may not be a tastier skin on fish to sear off in a pan and yet everyone seems to want to default to frying it up with everything else. They’re really missing out on texture, and flavor that frying masks. I get it, but sometimes it’s just a bit toooooo much, and we can overdo it.
