Rec me some good places to eat. Not looking to break the bank. Got Brix planned for our anniversary. What’s something for the other 4 nights.

I'm a huge Thomas Keller fan, but I'm guessing French Laundry is outside your budget (not to mention the reservation issue). Bouchon is good, but still a bit pricey. To still get a good Thomas Keller experience for the least amount of money, look into Ad Hoc. Good food for a fairly reasonable price.
The wife and I always liked to go to a store a pick up some cheese, salamis, olives, bread, pate, etc. and have a picnic with a nice bottle of wine or two for one of our meals as well.
So many great places to eat out there, but nothing else is really jumping out of the memory bank at this moment. Have fun!!!

Bistro Don Giovanni was really good Italian. There are a lot of good choices in the town of Napa. We really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant there.
Obligatory eat lunch at Gott's Roadside Diner.
Edited to correct the name of the Italian restaurant.

Just got back Friday. Ate at Bouchon, Cole's Chophouse and Brix. Brix was my favorite.

If you don't mind a 30 minute drive south of Napa to Crocket, CA. go to " The Dead Fish". Reserve a table on the patio overlooking the Carquinez Strait and San Pablo Bay. Great food and amazing atmosphere and views.

We were there last July 4th weekend. We ate at BISTRO DON GIOVANN (great porkchops, Italian), AUBERGE DUSOLEIL (great views of the valley and great food), MUSTARD GRILL (decent food),EVANGELINE in CALISTOGA (great lunch, Louisiana style), OAKVILLE GROCERY in ST. HELENA (great lunch food and picnic items, BRASSWOOD BAR in St. Helena (good lunch). Hope this helps. If you can eat at the French Laundry, I would highly recommend it. Once in a lifetime food and menu.

Just got back Sunday. Will give you my review and thoughts.
Stayed at the Westin Napa. Nice property, pretty locked down. I paid for a larger suite and enjoyed the extra room. The hotel was clean but very limited in services. It was nicely located within walking distance to downtown but far enough away to be quiet.
Restaurants:
Torc- Downtown Napa- cool vibe, great food, small portions, great wine
Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch- amazing food and nice outdoor setting; great service
Cole’s Chop House- really good steaks, nice wine list, and solid service
Auberge Du Soleil- best meal of the trip; unreal view, food, and service; strongly recommend
Ristorante Allegria- mediocre... wouldn’t eat again
Model Bakery- did breakfast to go there both days; quick and easy, not cheap but good
Drinks
-Pierson Meyer- small shop and did a tasting with the owner in an intimate setting... recommend it
-Caldwell- hands down best experience; tasting ended up being 9 wines and a great cheese and meat spread in a cave; strongly recommend it
ACME Wine Shop- in St Helena, nice selection with informed staff; bought two bottle
Happy to share anything else. Wife (no pics) and I had an amazing trip.
