Any navy seals here?

Just a grunt. But very curious about Buds and stories. Is it as hard as people make it out to be? I like David Goggins and Dan Crenshaw. They make it seem like it was hardest thing of their life though.

Have you watched that guy (a navy seal alum or whatever they call the former seals ) on YouTube who busts the phony navy seals??

No. If you actually listened to any Navy Seal talk at length, you'd know that BUD/S is the EASY part.
Jocko has said almost those exact words when answering why he doesn't talk much about BUD/S.

I worked with one that passed buds but then got kicked out for something. Don’t really know why.

Crenshaw specifically says it was one of the hardest things he ever went through but that it was just the beginning of training. I’m not familiar with Jocko but I’ll check him out.
