Home opener time!!
If this team played that well on the road then it should be an exciting homestand. Javier looks to get it going against some curly headed frick named Irvin.
The road to 172-1 continues tonight!

And let's be thankful for the weird Sunday off day so we can 100% focus on The Masters

Thanks for bringing this up. I was going to throw out there, does anyone remember a Sunday off day since they have followed the team? I remember some Saturday off days and a weird series that actually STARTED on a Sunday but never this.

The only scheduled Sunday off day I can remember recently wasn't the Astros, it was the Cubs, and it was because someone (Bruce Springsteen maybe?) had already scheduled a concert at Wrigley that day.
Other than that Sunday is always schedule to be a full slate.

In order to turn us into a full heel the MLB scheduled the beat down of the mentally handicapped before the dog days.

So disappointed that Fiers will not be in attendance. Was looking forward to getting there early solely to berate him

No, day off on Sunday.

Blasphemy. Sunday afternoons in the spring are reserved for baseball and nothing else. Rob Manfred might be the antichrist sent here to destroy us.

For those that are in attendance, the bus and home plate bar are gone so you will need to find an actual good bar to go to for pre game beverages.

Y'all are about to face off with a red hot Athletics team on a one game streak! They went face to face with the World Champion Dodgers and made then sissies from LA blink first in extra innings. We won't mention the fact that the Dodgers were something like 2-19 RISP yesterday. It doesn't matter.
What matters is red hot Oakland is coming to town and it won't be pretty. Your hitters are going to tear muscles or rupture tendons hitting home runs and then we'll have you right where we want you. No amount of trash can banging or whistling can save you.

I can't believe he doesn't catch more shite for being a pussy.
He reminds me so much of those dorks in TV shows that when they get their comeuppance they cry
