I haven’t read the article, but I know a couple things about the situation. Sharon was supposed to be the fall person in this. Verge and Miriam were unapologetically posturing for it.
She’s now got strong representation and a major axe to grind. On top of that the USA Today is on a warpath over LSU not firing Miriam, Verge, etc.
If the LSU admin looks the same in 6 months, I’ll be absolutely floored. If they’d have just ripped the bandaid off initially, this would all be over right now.

Can’t argue with that. Sharon’s done a ton with the recruiting events, relationships with parents, the L Club. However, the stay working at LSU forever culture that’s going on has to be corrected.

I know we all get tired of the race card, but he'll don't bury you head in the sand sometimes it's true, but this is less about that, and the fact that she was against the shite they wanted to cover up. If you are just gonna focus about the mear mention of race, and dismiss what she is saying you're no better than the people she is trying to call out! The mention of gender and race is posturing by her attorneys IMO. Sharon knows that being a black female has actually helped her get to where she is via relatability with recruits’ families. I don’t think that’s really debatable.

To be clear I downvoted you! Yes it's the trifecta. But I'm tired of people automatically dismissing accusations because they are tired of hearing about it! Everyone who makes these allegations isnt lying. But I'll also admit there are enough people crying wolf to unfortunately hurt the people that are telling the truth. Jesus christ, the more that comes out the worse he looks. I get wanting to have prettier girls, but to tell an employee you would punch them in the mother fricking face??? And this was when he was already on the hot seat. frick that dude
And this culture in the AD is fricking horrible. Why the hell would Nadar or Verge not stand up to Miles and tell him how horrible of a look that is for him?
Personally I think Sharon Lewis prolly sucks as a person, but if she was doing a good enough job that Saban kept her around then she was good enough for Miles.
This whole culture has to change though. Its a fricking horrible look. I get it if you are beleiving an athlete over a regular student who you feel is lying against some upstanding student athlete, but to not protect one athlete against a back up WR? frick that. Then you throw the whole Davis was a complete piece of shite and to believe him over anyone, athlete or non athlete, and you have a culture issue.
Throw the fricking guice situation in and it looks even worse.
Verge needs to fricking go, he is a cancer at this point and thinks he can do what ever he wants.
