I'll reserve the "murder" word for the times when someone hunts down and murders an innocent man for no reason other than self-satisfaction or financial benefit.
I'll wait for all the facts and consider any relevant information.

I’m not a grammar nazi, but did you mean “accepted”, or possibly “excerpted”? It really changes the meaning.
I don’t feel like clicking your link. Did the court grant the motion by the defense to include Arbery’s arrest history?

The guy that shot & killed the man in the parking lot deserved jail time. He had a history of wanting to police the parking. Yes, hhey shouldnt have parked in the spot. He was the aggressor in the instance guy pushed him down. He pulled & fired. Use the CIA triangle & you 'should' be ok for self defense. Capability, Intent, & Ability. Some of you have never taken the CCW class or don't know the laws of your state. These 3 are going to prison for a long time & deservedly so.
