So, has he or has he not been cut? He's on the roster, yet the NFL site has him cut. What gives? Is it wishful thinking?

We’re confirmed that, despite a statement on the NFL’s official web site that cornerback Jason David was cut, David is still a member of the team.
Per a league source, the inclusion of David on the list of cuts by NFL.com was an error.
David was widely criticized in 2007 for his performance as he transition from the Cover Two defense in Indianapolis to the more traditional downfield coverage that the Saints expect from their cornerbacks.
We’re confirmed that, despite a statement on the NFL’s official web site that cornerback Jason David was cut, David is still a member of the team.

I think that the Times Pic and the League are trying to send Coach P a message. Maybe he should take the hint. With that said I'm a fan and he is a NFL coach who was a few plays from a Championship game. Then he made moves this offseason that bumped our D up to a top 8 unit and still added players on O that really makes it unfair for the rest of the NFL. So I’ll be fine with his call.
