i will say that shockey had 6am workout sunday and then practice, left there , went home showered n changed and drove up to baton rouge , and on time for his autograph session. he kissed the babies, shook hands, inked everyones superbowl stuff .... smiled for pics.... what else could ya ask for. great guy.... told him to roll out a lil earlier since he had an hour drive back and another early morning workout session before practice..... thanks again SHOCKEY, YA DA MAN BABY

after talking with various, fellow boardmembers last year, talking their smack about the mets. it has truly been a joy to watch minaya and manuel in action. combined they have drained the minor league system, have 3 huge superstars under big time salaries due over the next few years with their careers in jeopardy. the overuse of f. rodriguez puts his career in jeopardy ..... even if, IF? any of the players make it back next year and are good, they will be battling for 3rd place in the division. R.I.P. METS job well done :lol:

well since that will never happen it doesnt matter. unless you want to count triple AAA stats

leather absorbs some of the ink if it is a poor quality inked being used in the pen. so you could store it in the dark and it wont matter. make sure you use a good pen upfront

he isnt pitching all that great in AAA , so no time soon, even thought the rays 4 & 5 starters are sucking balls ...tommy hanson will get called up before him
