It's a 'chicken or the egg' scenario, AT. No way a Parent can transfer something to their kids that they don't possess themselves. And given that the Progressive Left (Marxists) employ the Race/Class card to get their "fundamental transformation" done...there is zero chance that they will mandate REAL truth via education and begin the healing and rehab process. Rather, they push the 'victim card'; which is a virtual death blow.
