Out the window when liberal "educators" want to indoctrinate your kids.

For just a moment, set aside your personal disagreement with the specific school rule at issue. Imagine a DIFFERENT rule ... one with which you DO agree (e.g. no throwing erasers at other students during class).
How do you envision a school district being able to enforce that rule, if the District is precluded from inflicting any punishment for violations?
My God you are such a vagina and the perfect example of why we are at our current situation in this country.

No one is the victim. If you want to hate the teacher for the school rule, you are an idiot. You are getting pissed at the wrong person. But surely it’s not the kids fault. Every kid is 100% perfect and would never do anything wrong.

I agree w/ previous posts about changing schools or home schooling.
IMHO, this punishment is totally inappropriate.

A mild beating with a ruler would be better.

So you would be cool if a kid was excluded from "fun" activities and a behavior award if they forgot to hang their lunchbox on the hook, and left it on the floor? I mean, it's exactly the same level of violation. Are you a real person or a message board caricature of what a liberal would be?

The kids are indeed. Lazy teachers in many states are depriving kids of an education and social interaction opportunities, and demanding they get paid while sitting at home by taxpayers who still are forced to pay their property taxes without a "COVID break".
So frick you. Yes, COVID and liberal idiocy has victims.
Bet you voted Biden twice for good measure.
Do you think principles don't listen to teachers unions? Do you think principles aren't part of the unions?
Punishing a kid for wearing a mask improperly is retarded below a certain age.

Playing devils advocate here. Let’s say a kid is told at home he doesn’t have to wear his mask at school. The teacher has to constantly tell him to put his mask on right. It becomes such a problem that other students start not wearing their mask right because the one kid doesn’t have to follow the rules. What should the teacher/ administrator do in this situation?

Bring this back and maybe less people would vote Democrat.

It would be a small pleasure if I were in hell to watch Aggie Hank try to talk his way out, no doubt. But since Christ died for my sins I think I know where I’m going.

I voted for Trump and have been in a classroom with kids since the first week of August without complaint. You are just being an a-hole at the wrong person.

Lazy teachers
Oh so your issue is not with teachers that are working and enforcing rules of a district. It is with teachers that are part of CTU or in states that have virtual taught for a year now? So you just want to spew venom because you are upset at a different group of individuals than what is being discussed following district rules.
Just so you know and I have stated it on the board multiple times, we went to homes and brought kids in against the LEA rule last year to try to keep kids educated. May want to bark at a different set of people.

My point, which you fail to comprehend, is that liberal teachers pick and choose exactly what rules they fricking want enforced ALL THE DAMNED TIME. And, despite their paychecks being funded by people that didn't get to stay home on extended vacations cuz muh COVID, they demand all sorts of exemptions and special favors, and indoctrinate kids, bash Trump in class because they don't like him, etc.
So yes, frick teachers altogether, outside of private schools. This country has sunk to ever lower lows because our teachers in this country aren't worth two flying shites.
And that is a fricking FACT. They are only surpassed in their stupidity by parents who'd rather not have kids.
If teachers WERE worth a shite, they'd teach math and science and reading instead of PC bullshite and pseudoscience fearmongering.

My kid's in private school. He's been in class this whole year. So what?

It is so hard to have a decent conversation with an idiot or a fool. I am not sure which you are as of now. But stay bitter.
I bet you think it is great to have your kid in private school and use it as a social status. But as I said, stay bitter.

AggieHank:
Why do you have to be so obstinate about 99% of the subjects posted on this board. Do you really think you are the only one that is always right or do you just like to argue with everyone?

Try talking to a public school teacher, then you'll have an even better idea.
You know, the same people that think critical race theory an putting rubbers on bananas and fricking the kids is more important than math and science.
You're telling me teachers have literally no discretion in punishment decisions?
Sell that bullshite to a fertilizer broker. Given the broken state of our education system and the teachers that perpetuate it and vote Democrat, I have zero respect for them whatsoever as a general rule.
My son is three reading levels above his public school peers, and performing better at math by several grade levels, too. It's worth the sacrifice I make by paying TWICE for the same fricking schooling. I pay for public school for others as well as paying to get him an actual education, which he can't get in the area public schools.
So frick you.

Ok, here is your remedy
Go online, find a skull mask and teach him how to wear it. Make sure he is never seen taking it off.
