By all accounts, the podcast seems to support the idea that there are structural inequalities in terms of health care outcomes and is exploring the potential underlying reasons for it.
Newsflash: No one wants to listen that shite, even the people who fervently believe it. Hence the outrage being centered on the headline and the fact that the podcast itself was just two white doctors.

What was the Dr's punishment for making the baseless claim that there is systemic racism in the medical profession/health care industry?
Was the Dr. even questioned for proof?
Someone claims doctors are racists, and its just accepted as fact?
Someone says that's just not true and loses his job for it.
