I called this from day one of his "loss". If he's running again in 2024, the best thing he can do is play the role of "I told you so" but in a very respectful way. He has a fine line to walk in doing that. Do it the way he acted as president and the press and independents who actually voted for Biden will continue ignoring him. Do it in a presidential and respectful manner and he will be noticed even though the press will still mock him. He has to do this the entire four years of Biden's presidency. Remind the public at every opportunity why he was and still is the better option for this country. Force buyer's remorse onto the American people every single chance he gets.

A HUGE caravan of people rushed the border as soon as Biden was elected thinking we would just usher them in (due to incoming amnesty)

Trump had a plan which was to stop/slow the flow of illegal migrants and was heading the border in that direction. Biden prefers the opposite, open borders and not enforcing immigration laws and stopped Trumps plan immediately upon taking office. So bus loads of Hispanics saw it as an opportunity and started heading to the boarder to take advantage of his newly implemented polices. Biden had no foresight or plan in place for what would occur as a result of his immediate change in policies, so here we are today.

OAN has been showing footage of the cramped conditions in the detention centers. Either fed-up Border Patrol or a worker inside got the footage out to OAN and yes the living conditions are horrible.
