Any of you ever use the orange whip for rhythm practice? Couldn’t I just use a driver?

I use it for stretching and feeling a good balanced swing when I haven’t played in a while or if I’m short on time to warm up

This. I like mine; it just adds extra weight to my bag. It does promote a good lag feel in my opinion.

I got an Amazon knock off and like it for a quick warm up before teeing off

It works great for warming up quickly. I swing it every now and again, and I think it has helped my club head speed. Whipping me into golf shape faster than reg clubs alone.

My older daughter swears by it - she was actually featured in their national photo shoot - her swing speed improved tremendously doing the workouts each morning with the orange peel... she went from carrying her drives about 180 to now 205-210 in about a year

Yes, I like mine for warm up and swing at work for keeping up swinging.

I like to put mine in the bag when it is wet and the driving range may be closed. It is good for getting loose, but I have found one negative side-effect: since you swing it and try not to let the ball end hit the ground, it tends to make me top a few shots on the first hole (a playing partner has noticed it affect him too). Make sure after using it that you take a few swings with an iron to take a divot and make sure you stay down on the first tee.
