So you've got nothing? Gotcha.

I stand by the ME, the official autopsy, the tox report and the evidence.

If you watch the entire bodycam video you can clearly see that the officer didn’t apply pressure the whole time.

Cities will burn regardless.

If DC is found not guilty, they'll burn them in protest.

If DC is convicted, they'll burn them in celebration.

More like cities will burn when he is correctly acquitted for following all his police training and the dude died basically of a drug overdose.

Here's a goodie:

JUST IN: State of Minnesota will NOT call forensic pathologists Dr. Michael Baden and Dr. Allecia Wilson as witnesses in the #DerekChauvinTrial.
Both doctors hold the opinion that #GeorgeFloyd died from asphyxia due to compression of his neck and back.

That's kind of a headscratcher

Good. He was paid by the family (or by a person party to the family) and is not a credible witness.

The most honest response in this thread. They could hang him on the courthouse steps moments after the trial & Minneapolis will still be looted & burned.

In what way? They have a publicly known conflict of interest.

The state knows that if they get put on the stand DC's attorney's will poke holes all through their credibility.

I'd wager that bringing in your own experts happens a lot in criminal cases

Sounds like they don't think they need them.

You’re probably right.

But it the state calls them, the defense is allowed to cross. Risk/reward.

According to toxicology, Floyd had toxic levels of meth and fentanyl in his system as well as covid and a history of heart disease. DC followed the Minneapolis Police Dept Training Manual by the book the entire time he was in contact with Floyd. In normal times he would be acquited, but in mob rule times he will probably get sent to prison for decades.

Last I heard the Floyd family GoFundMe was up to $14 million. No doubt they will get much more after they sue the city of Minneapolis. Kind of ironic how Floyd will probably get his family $50 million after all this when he was your basic POS during his lifetime.

So he should be convicted because it could get ugly? Interesting take

Considering it is all already easily obtainable information, I would hope so.

All you that are making blanket statements for either side are full of shite and should rightly be disqualified from any potential jury.

So....ignore everything that has come out regarding this case? Mind you, I have no chance at all of being a juror for this trial.

I think the big sticking point is how much fentanyl he had in his system
